I go to La Casita mainly for the breakfast food, the breakfast burritos. The quality here was just as good as the other locations. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito, which was good. and it didn't cost too much, I'd recommend coming here.

My husband and I were in Colorado for a quick stop from PA. We were so hungry after not eating all day. We both love Mexican and decided to try La Casita. The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful employee who recommended dishes for us. He gave us extra toppings to try and even a coupon for another time. Unfortunately we live far away, but if we are ever back in the area, we definitely will return! Highly recommend if you want great food and a friendly place to dine. So I just have to say that by far they have the best steak fajitas hands down . I got the breakfast burrito steak and eggs when I say I got hooked I got hooked like a drug on how good this food was. Then I told myself let me try again and it’s just the same the best steak so tender and flavorful it’s well worth the money no matter what. I wish they sold full steaks cause how they cook and seasoned it it’s just amazing and I’m not lying at all go try the 8th Street location you will not be disappointed at all. That’s my experience with this place five star all the way down.
